About
Emily Zullo is an independent artist focused in animation and comics.
Emily attended the School of Visual Arts and received her BFA in animation in 2023.
​
She's created independent films such as "in the interim" and "Power Records", as well as other short film collaborations.
​
Previously, she's been an animator at BUZZFEED INC, on The Land of Boggs, Chikn Nuggit, and Ultimate Guy Pals, where shorts she boarded and animated amassed millions of views. She has also been an animator at Augenblick Studios on City Island Sings, as well as an animator for the upcoming short TUNA TARTARE.
In 2022, she was an assisant animator at Stretch Films, Inc. on HOWL IF YOU LOVE ME.

Beyond animation, Emily is a comics artist who self publishes and distributes zines at comic shows along the east coast and beyond. She is currently self publishing her ongoing series titled "Cat Scratch Fever".

Other than that, she enjoys spending her free time reading.
